If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within a reasonable time, we recommend checking your email’s spam folder or contacting our customer service team promptly.
II. How are shipping fees calculated?
To simplify the shopping process, we charge a flat shipping fee of $4.99 per order. This fee applies to all global destinations with no additional hidden charges. During special promotional events, shipping policies may be temporarily adjusted; please refer to the information displayed on the checkout page.
III. Which countries and regions are covered by your shipping service?
Currently, we offer worldwide shipping, and we can ship to the vast majority of countries and regions. If your location is temporarily unavailable due to logistics restrictions, we will contact you via email or customer service as soon as we receive your order to assist you in adjusting your order or providing other viable solutions. IV. How do I change my shipping address?
If you need to change the shipping address on your order, please submit your request by 11:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT, -7 GMT) on the day you placed the order. Requests submitted after this time may not be processed if the order has already entered the shipping process. 5. Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?
Yes. When placing an order, you can enter separate billing and shipping addresses. The system supports shipping items to a location different from the billing address. Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays in delivery.
6. How are orders scheduled for shipment?
We will arrange for orders to be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders received on business days will be processed and shipped as soon as possible after confirmation; orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed and shipped collectively on the next business day. Actual shipping times are subject to processing progress. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number.
